Dr. Sharona Aharoni-Goldenberg

Ph.D., Bar Ilan University is a Professor of Law a the Netanya College School of Law, where she was awarded the title of "Distinguished Teaching Fellow" recognition of excellence in teaching. She is the editor of the Netanya Law Review and coordinator of international relations. She is the founder and the head of IFOR (International Freedom of Research) Center.
Areas of Interests include: Cyber Law, academic freedom and freedom of speech, the goals of punishment and overwork.
Courses: tort law, white collar crime, computers law, police law, trade secrets.

Dr.Roy Gilbar

LL.B., LL.M, Bar-Ilan University, Israel; Ph.D., University of London, UK. Senior Lecturer, School of Law, Netanya Academic College, Israel; Honorary Senior Lecturer, University of Leicester, UK. Areas of Interests include tort law, bioethics, medical law, socio-legal aspects of health. Dr. Gilbar published a book and many articles in these areas. He obtained several grants in Israel, UK and the US to study bioethical and legal aspects of medical decision-making.

Prop. David Elkins

Professor of Law a the Netanya College School of Law, where he teaches primarily in the field of taxation He was awarded the title of "Distinguished Teaching Fellow" recognition of excellence in teaching. He has published four books (three in Israel and one in the United States) on the subjects of corporate taxation, the taxation of barter transaction, and the taxation of intellectual property, and his articles have been published in leading journals in the United States and Israel, including the Yale Journal of Law and Public Policy, the Indiana Law Journal, the Florida Tax Review, the Hebrew University Law Review (twice), and Bar-Ilan Studies in Law. He has been invited on numerous occasions to present papers in Israel, the United States, and Europe, has served as a visiting professor at the SMU Dedman School of Law, and has advised a US Congressional Committee with regard to tax reform.

Dr. Ya'arit Bokek-Cohen

head of human resources studies in Achva Academic College, a research fellow at the Faculty of Medicine and a teaching fellow at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. She received her Ph.D. in Sociology at Tel-Aviv University in 2002.
Dr. Bokek-Cohen specializes in the area of Sociology of the family and organizations; her research focuses on families created with the aid of reproductive technologies and organizational aspects of sperm banks worldwide. She recently published several articles relating to these topics in Journal of Family Studies, Journal of Gender Studies, New Genetics & Society, Women's Studies International Forum, Health Sociology Review, Social Theory & Health, and Consumption, Markets & Culture.

Dr. Edna Rabenu

Ph.D. Business Administration Management and Organizational Behavior, Bar-Ilan University.
