Activities outside the Institution of Higher Education

  1. Member of Committee to Strengthen the Public Healthcare System in Israel ("German Committee"), headed by Minister of Health (2013–2014).
    In 2013, the Minister of Health appointed an Advisory Board for Strengthening the Public Health System, including 13 leading professionals from various fields, which will assess various issues confronting the health system, analyze them and formulate a series of recommendations and solutions for the purpose of strengthening the public health system. The following aspects, among others considered: (1) Assessment of the relationship between public medicine and private medicine, and between public expenditure and national and private expenditure in the field of health. (2) Health insurance (supplementary insurance and commercial insurances). (3) Medical tourism. (4) The standing involved of the Ministry of Health as a service provider, insurer and regulator, and the issue of separation of roles.
  2. Member of Committee: Medical Insurance in Israel (Ministry of Health, 2013–2014).
    As part of the German Committee, a subcommittee was established to map the health insurance market in Israel, and to propose regulatory rules.
  3. Member of Committee: Definition of Service Doctrine of the Health System (Ministry of Health, 2015).
    Ministry of Health appointed a committee whose purpose is to define the theory of service and the patient's experience in the health system. The duties of the committee were: defining the service theory of the health system; Recommendation on the method of assimilation in the field among treatment teams; A recommendation on the integration of the students' core studies and a recommended method of training; Conduct a pilot to examine the effectiveness of the recommendations
  4. Member of Committee: Improving the Patient's Experience in the Emergency Room (Ministry of Health, 2015).
    There is a huge patient load on the hospitalization system, which is in need of additional resources, particularly in emergency rooms. Ministry of Health appointed a team of experts in order to draft a recommendations how to Improving the Patient's Experience in the Emergency Room.
  5. Member of Committee: Definition of a Code of Ethics for the Use and Integration of Information in the Health System (Ministry of Health, 2016).
    Ministry of Health appointed a team of experts in order to draft a recommendation for an ethical convention for the use of health information, and the management rules for the secondary use of health information.
  6. Member of Committee: Ethics and Public Participation for Personalized Medicine (Ministry of Health 2017).
    Ministry of Health appointed a team of experts in order to draft a recommendation for an Ethics rules and Public Participation for Personalized Medicine.
  7. Member of Committee: cooperation Patients in decision making (Ministry of Health 2018-2019).
    Ministry of Health appointed a team of experts to recommend on rules and methodology to increase the participation of patients in decision-making procedures in the health system.
  8. Special Chief Prosecutor of the Civil Investigation Committee to examine the Ministry of Finance's policy for the State Health Insurance Law (2019).
    The following aspects were examined: (1) The State of the Acute Care Hospitalization System in Israel. (2) Personnel and infrastructure of the healthcare system. (3) Budget model of advanced technologies and drugs.
  9. Member of the core team in the planning of the National Master Plan for the Health System (Ministry of Finance 2019).
    The National Master Plan for Healthcare Institutions — TAMA 49 – was jointly initiated by the Ministry of Health and by the Ministry of Finance's Israel Planning Administration. The plan is tasked to outline the construction and development of healthcare institutions nation wide by the year 2048, Israel's one hundredth anniversary.
  10. Member of National MoH COVID-19 Expert Advisory Panel (2020–2022).
    As part of dealing with the Corona crisis, the Israeli government established Magen Israel, which also included the establishment of a professional Corona cabinet. The Corona Cabinet was composed of 13 experts with unique knowledge and expertise, and its purpose is to advise and assist in leading the national effort.

    Recommendation for new rules, budgets and effective regulation for competition between health maintenance organizations (HMOs).

  1. Member of National MoH Covid-19 Expert Advisory Panel (2020-2022).

As part of dealing with the Corona crisis, the Israeli government established Magen Israel, which also included the establishment of a professional Corona cabinet. The Corona Cabinet was composed of 13 experts with unique knowledge and expertise, and its purpose is to advise and assist in leading the national effort.

  1. Member of Committee for a new regulation of rules for advertising, marketing and health information (2021).

Recommendation for new rules, budgets and effective regulation for competition between health maintenance organizations (HMOs).

  1. Member of Committee to Strengthen the Public Healthcare System in Israel ("Ash Committee"), headed by Health Minister Director-General (2022).

In 2022, the Minister of Health appointed an Advisory Board for Strengthening the Public Health System, including 15 leading professionals from various fields, which will assess various issues confronting the health system, analyze them and formulate a series of recommendations and solutions for the purpose of strengthening the public health system.

2002-2005    Senior tutor at National Center for Medical Simulation, Tel Hashomer Hospital.I worked in the training of doctors, nurses, paramedics and first aid officers in the following
projects:  Qualification exams for paramedics (M.D.A., I.D.F.), training interns prior to entry into departments (together with the deans of the faculties of medicine in Israel and
the National Internship Committee), training ER teams from all hospitals around the country and drafting IDF training scenarios.
2000-2002    Lecturer – emergency medicine at Teva, Israel Police Department and the Ministry of Education.

קרנות הוקרה וסיוע – חרבות ברזל

 

המכללה האקדמית נתניה גאה בסטודנטיות ובסטודנטים המשרתים במילואים, המתנדבים בפעילויות השונות, העוסקים בפעולות הבטחון וההגנה השונות. בתקופה מאתגרת וכואבת זו, אנו עושים כל מה שביכולתנו על-מנת לאפשר לכם להתנהל בשגרת החרום.

בנוסף למפורט במתווה ההתאמות וההקלות לכלל הסטודנטים ולמשרתים במילואים ובכוחות הבטחון, מציעה המכללה אפיקי סיוע נוספים לסטודנטים:

מענק בסך 1,000 ש"ח לסטודנטיות ולסטודנטים שגויסו בצו 8 למילואים. המענק הועבר למשרתים אשר עדכנו אותנו. במידה וטרם עשית זאת – נודה לעדכון כאן.

קרן חירום ע"ש רחל עזריה ז"ל – הקרן מעניקה מלגות לסטודנטים משרתים במילואים שנקלעו לקשיים כלכליים וכן למי שהם או בני משפחתם נפגעו באופן ישיר מהלחימה. לצורך הגשת בקשה יש לפנות למדור מלגות במכללה [email protected]

שירות לסיוע נפשי–  כדי להקל על הקושי הרב הנובע מהאירועים הטרגיים שאנחנו עוברים, המכללה תממן 2 פגישות עם פסיכולוג.ית לכל סטודנט.ית הזקוק.ה לכך וכן תסבסד עוד 4 פגישות בהמשך בהתאם לצורך.

הודעות לסטודנטים

בהתאם להוראות פיקוד העורף:

בהישמע אזעקה במכללה עליכם להגיע תוך דקה וחצי למרחבים המגונים או לגרמי המדרגות הקרובים ביותר, יש להתרחק מחלונות, תמונות ופתחים

ולהישאר במשך כעשר דקות לפחות במרחב המוגן.

תאריך:  18.10.2023 – דיור למפונים במעונות המכללה האקדמית נתניה

שלום רב,

חברת איסתא נכסים, המפעילה את מעונות הסטודנטים במכללה האקדמית נתניה החלה לשכן בשבוע שעבר, תושבים מאזור הדרום והצפון בחלק מחדרי המעונות.

מדובר על דירות סטודיו לזוגות על בסיס מקום פנוי.

כרגע הוקצו למעלה מ-20 דירות פנויות לטובת הפרויקט.

הדירות מאובזרות באופן מלא הכולל מקלחת ושירותים, מיזוג, טלוויזיה עם חיבור למחשב, מטבח ובו מיקרוגל, קומקום וכיריים חשמליים.

המגורים במעונות הינם בחינם לגמרי

יצוין לחיוב שיתוף הפעולה:

* הקהילה המקומית בקרית השרון אשר תרמה ציוד, מזון יבש חטיפים שמיכות כריות, טואלטיקה וכיו"ב.

* מאפיית לחם האופים שמסייעת גם אך לא רק בארוחות בוקר לדיירים אלה.

* הקולג'ים גם נתן לנו אפשרות להכניס את הדיירים בשעות מסוימות לבריכה ולמכון הכושר.
