As part of the training for this degree, students will acquire a wide comprehension of health systems and the tools to manage them. Registration for this degree does not require an SAT.

In addition, Prof. Hart has over 30 years of experience in a number of senior positions in the health system and in public activities and currently serves as president of the Association of Hospitals in Israel. In the past, he managed the Sharon Hospital for about 20 years and the Levinstein Rehabilitation Hospital for over 12 years.
Prof. Hart won the Ben-Gurion Prize for Academic Research on behalf of the Histadrut
The program aims to affect a major change in health care system management in Israel and hopes to equal it to first-rate systems in the rest of the world.
The studies combine courses in administration, behavioral science, finances, and health system management.
