The Center for Strategic Dialogue at Netanya Academic College is a unique institution that uses innovative approaches to find solutions to regional and global conflicts.
Leading academics serve side by side at the center, alongside well-known personalities from the local and global political arena, and with them people who have previously served as heads of security institutions and top businessmen.
The center is headed by retired Brigadier General Dr. Efraim Sneh, a military man and statesman. He was appointed chairman of the center after thirty-six years of service at all the important junctions in the Israeli military and political worlds. Other members of the center’s steering committee include retired Brigadier General Baruch Spiegel; Dr. Yair Hirschfeld; Dr. Avner Barnea, Mrs. Aviva Felter; Journalist Henrika Zimmermann; retired Brigadier General Shimon Hefetz; Dr. Beeri Feinstein; and Mrs. Esty Ofer.
