Nowadays, medical institutions and health care organizations are seeking professionals, from all fields, who have academic training in health systems management. The crises that have befallen the health care system in recent years and the demand of medical institutions for employees with academic training in health system management stems from the belief that effective management will have a constructive effect on society's overall health and improve the systems' response to the citizen needs. To this end, it is necessary to train professional and quality managerial personnel.

The program aims to develop expertise in the fields of health systems management, such as managing hospitals, units and wards, clinics and institutes, geriatric institutions, paramedical units, and community health services.
